1 ) Happy Babies is an introduction agency, introducing clients and Maternity staff. We do not employ Maternity staff.
2 ) Engagement of an applicant introduced by Happy Babies must accept our terms of agreement before a placement can commence.
3 ) A placement between a client and applicant will only be agreed when full receipt of agency fees has been received.
4 ) All agency booking payments are made through our online payment system at www.happybabiesmaternity.co.uk
5 ) All maternity nurse’s consultants, baby coaches and night nannies are responsible for their own tax and NI.
6 ) Any extra booking dates other than what the client has paid for will be booked and paid for through happy babies.
7 ) A booking will be confirmed once the agency fee has been paid online.
8 ) All maternity nurses registered with Happy Babies are bound by our agreed terms and conditions and must not enter into a contract outside of the agency when the introduction was made through the Happy Babies agency.
9 ) Happy babies will reimburse clients for agency bookings: should a maternity booking be cancelled by the Happy Babies agency (in the case that a replacement maternity service cannot be supplied).
