Terms and conditions

1) Happy Babies is an introduction agency, introducing clients and Maternity staff. We do not employ Maternity staff.

2) Engagement of an applicant introduced by Happy Babies must accept our terms of agreement before a placement can commence.

3) A placement between a client and applicant will only be agreed when full receipt of agency fees has been received.

4) All invoices must be settled within 10 working days of the invoice date.

5) An extra surcharge of Ł15 per day applies for late invoice payment.

6) The client must agree to pay for any extra weeks/days agreed with the applicant outside of the agreed booking dates

7) The agency registration fee will be paid in the event that a placement that has been offered is then canceled (this includes all last minute bookings)

8) Under no circumstances will a maternity nurse introduced by Happy Babies be employed by a client unless the agreed agency fee has been received.

9) All maternity nurses are bound to stick to our agreed terms and conditions also and must not enter into a contract outside of the agency when the agency has made the introduction.

10) Should the client cancel a maternity booking within 7 days of the booking start date then the agency fee will be non-refundable.

11) In the event that a maternity booking is cancelled through the agency a replacement may be found or a full refund will be given
