We offer online and telephone baby consultations for parents who could do with more support than just a question and answers support system.
Not all parents can afford to book a maternity consultant to come to their homes so Happy Babies have put together an online and telephone baby support system which gives every parent the choice of being able to have the support and guidance of an experienced maternity consultatnt via an e-mail and telephone support system.
Knowledge and experience are the key when it comes to caring for babies and toddlers and our online baby coach is on hand via various packages to offer parents the knowledge and support of gaining the neccessary experience needed when caring for their children.
Our online maternity consultants have been working with parents and their babies teaching skills and experience when it comes to caring for babies and toddlers and offers a support structure that many parents find invaluable in gaining confidence with their babies and toddlers.

What does an online baby coaching package involve?
You will be sent a detailed questionnaire asking many questions relating to your babies routine, sleeping, feeding, health and personality.
Then we will talk to you direct to get further information about the issues you are having with your baby.
We will then talk you through a course of action and guide you to encourage a better routine for your baby. We will back up this information with a step by step guide for you to refer to via email and will then ask you to e-mail us every day with your progress. If another telephone call is needed we will then organise a troubleshooting telephone call at a time that suits you. We will call you via your landline phone. All calls would be scheduled to fit to your timescale and at times that suits you.
We will be on hand for help and support until you feel that your baby is more settled and is feeding and sleeping well.
Please note that we do not give any advice around any medical matters relating to your baby. I would always advise that you visit your GP should you be worried at all about your babies health.
