Parents and childcarers may access details and contact each other via the happy babies private online membership services. Parents choosing to contact any of the registered members do so at their own choice. All parents and childcarers and homecarers are responsible for any engagements or contracts they agree between themselves.Happy babies acts solely as an introduction agency. All child and home care checks should be carried out by the parents. Happy babies are not responsible for any identity or other relevant checks and introductions made between parent and child carer/home carer.
Parents and child-carers/ home-carers should ensure all relevant checks are ensured personally.
Happy babies do not hold responsibility for services or introductions made via the online directly, nor do we reccomend the suitability, proffessionalism or quality of members registered and viewed via the site.
Registration with happy babies involves connecting with our online membership directory. Members include parents and home care and childcare providers listed within the happy babies website.
Childcare, maternity and home care professionals can search the data base of available positions via the website. Parents can search the directory of available childcare and home care professionals.
Membership rules include: that you must be a UK resident and over the age of 18 years.
Agencies may be accepted for advertising via our homepage. Contact happy babies for more information.
All childcare and home care providers must be able to provide the regulatory checks and requirements appropriate for the child or home care position advertised.
Parents and childcarers/homecarers will be required to fill in an online application form to create a free online profile. All profiles will be subjected to our strict online checks. You will receive a confirmation email to inform you that your profile has been accepted.
Happy babies reserves the right to terminate any profile at any time.
Membership charges include: £9.99 for a monthly one off fee or £14.99 for a three monthly fee. Membership will automatically run out one or three months proceeding your booking date. You will be sent an automated email to inform you that your membership has expired and a link to renew your membership should you choose to.
Membership gives parents and childcarers/homecarers access to contact details and more information about each other. Payment is directed via our online PayPal system. Card payments can be taken independently via PayPal. A PayPal account is not necessary to make a membership payment.
Child carers and home carers must not include any private details of past positions held such as addresses, telephone numbers, names of children and families etc as this will be in breach of the data protection act.

Parents are responsible for agreeing to interview or employ a childcarer or homecarer via there own choice and may enter an agreement at their own risk.Child carers and home carers should understand that we are an introductory website and we are not responsable for providing recruitment of any nature. Child carers and home carers are responsible for finding their own placements.
No partnership or employment history shall be formed by happy babies and you the parent, child carer or home carer. Happy babies should not be viewed in any part as an agency acting on behalf of parent or child carer/homecarer.
Happy babies hold no responsibility for any kind of dispute that may arise between parent and child carer or home carer in any situation.
Happy babies may also link to other websites and companies and cannot be held responsible for third party goods or services purchased. Nor can we guarantee the quality of goods or services purchased from these sites.
You must at all times adhear to the data protection act of 1998 Any breach of this act on the part of the parent or childcarer or homecarer indemnify happy babies from any legal fees or cost.
Your consumer rights
Site access may On a temporary basis be withdrawn due to maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. We have the right at any time to withdraw the site for these reasons.Refunds: refunds will only be accepted at our sole discretion, once you have agreed to accept our terms and conditions you have entered into a legal contract. No refunds are given in breach of this contract.
Membership can at no point be canceled as services begin as soon as membership is accepted.
Happy babies process information that you have agreed for us to process on the directory website. When you agree to use our site you agree to the processing of this information on the site. All information approved via the happy babies site should be accurate information provided by you the consumer.

Information added to profiles must not contain offensive material of any kind. Offensive material will be investigated and may be sent to the relevant authorities.
Any material or information that is downloaded onto our site that is distasful, offensive or illegal will be passed onto the relevant authorities.
